Speaking & training

Sessions that respect the room and give it something to do.

Sophia speaks and trains for conferences, workforce boards, schools and colleges, reentry and recovery organizations, ministries, and community programs. Every session ends with a step, not just a feeling.

Formats

How a session can be shaped

One message, sized to your room.

Most topics adapt across formats. Tell Sophia the audience, the room, and the time you have, and she will recommend the version that fits.

01

Keynote

30–60 minutes, plenary or opening/closing session.

02

Workshop

60–180 minutes, interactive with worksheets and practice.

03

Staff training

Half or full day for teams, advisors, and case managers.

04

Panel / moderation

Panelist or moderator for topical conference sessions.

Every format is shaped around your audience, your timeframe, and the outcome you need people to leave with.

A speaking engagement

One session that opens, closes, or resets the room. Sophia brings the message, adapts it to your audience, and leaves people with a first step they can name.

Career readiness that students can act on before the bell rings.

Sophia works with districts, CTE and career-readiness programs, colleges and online programs, and youth-serving organizations. Beyond keynotes, she can deliver the instruction itself: multi-session career-readiness cohorts, workforce training, and professional development for the staff who carry the work.

4-Week Career Readiness Series

Weekly sessions designed for roughly 20 to 40 participants, delivered on site or virtually through Brighter Horizons Career and Development Services. Content is scoped with your team before the first session.

  1. Career exploration and pathway planning
  2. Resume building and job-search preparation
  3. Interview confidence and mock interviews
  4. Workplace communication, professionalism, goal setting, and next-step planning

This is an example, not a fixed curriculum. Expanded and custom series, including an eight-week workforce readiness track, are available when the scope calls for it.

What people say

From the room and the work that follows.

Business & Entrepreneurship

From the very beginning, she has encouraged me to dream bigger, think strategically, and move forward with confidence as I continue building A Twist of Faith. Every conversation leaves me feeling motivated, equipped, and reminded that my vision has purpose. She doesn't just give business advice, she pours into the person behind the business.
